Sounds like we’re talking about a sports-car or a bike, but that doesn’t happen to be the case. Samsung has now introduced the new Jet setting phones. Touting the jet phones as ‘smarter than a smart phone’, Samsung expects to make big profits by means of these.
But, you must be wondering how smart are these phones really? Well, the Jet phone has an 800 MHz processor and comes with a Touchwiz 2.0 platform.
Samsung has opted out the usual WinMo Operating system and has implemented the Touchwiz to increase its performance. The Jet has a 5 Mega pixel camera that has an auto focus in it, a GPS, DNSe and SRS WOW sound effect technology are the other additives.
The connectivity is through Bluetooth version 2.1, Micro USB and you can expect seaming internet connectivity through a WiFi. What is so special about these displays is that it has a resolution four times higher than that of the regular WQVGA screen.

This phone is due out very soon and you can expect ownership of it with an investment of about $500. There are two versions available in the market, the 2GB and 8GB variants and you can extend the memory up to 16GB.
